Dear Friends and Colleagues:
As many of you know, the Human Engineering Research Laboratories is celebrating its 25th Anniversary. As part of the celebration, we would like to recognize individuals and organizations. The HERL Distinguished Service Award will be presented to those who display distinguished service, ability, accomplishments, or courage, and have personally made a contribution representing substantial progress to the HERL mission. The contribution must be so extraordinary that other forms of recognition would be inadequate.
