Cooper wins 2015 Carnegie Science Award

The Carnegie Science Center has announced the winners of its 2015 Carnegie Science Awards, which recognizes leaders in business and education, and HERL Director Dr. Rory A. Cooper was selected for the 2015 Catalyst Award. Cooper "translates scientific and engineering discoveries into products that help people with disabilities. Cooper strives to provide assistive technologies that empower people with disabilities to become more independent and have a higher quality of life."
