Reporting Requirements

  • Trainees must submit an updated research plan and training plan within the first month.
  • Trainees must submit a progress report at the end of each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer) along with the most recent curriculum vitae. The report should be reviewed and approved by the primary mentor prior to submission.
  • Trainees must complete an exit questionnaire/interview at the end of the training period.
  • Trainees will be requested to provide additional progress information (usually as simple as forwarding an updated CV) from time to time for a period of up to 10 years after the end of their traineeship. Trainees will be asked to provide their contact information when they exit the program.
